The Tri-state area's premier electrical contractor is seeking experienced Electrical Mechanics and Foremen for our commercial division in Souderton, PA. As an Electrical Mechanic or Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various commercial electrical projects, overseeing and participating in installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in electrical work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

Electrical Mechanic :

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute work assignments.

Collaborate with other trades and team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.

Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.

Foreman :

Supervise and coordinate the work of Electrical Mechanics and other team members, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Plan and schedule work assignments, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise.

Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience in a commercial setting.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and installation techniques.

Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team.

Valid driver's license; CDL license is a plus.
