A company is looking for a Sales Director, Banking and Financial Services (BFS), North America.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the Banking and Financial Services sector
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of proven success in sales within the Banking and Financial Services sector
Experience in selling direct and with partner channels
Strong understanding of the North American BFS market
Demonstrative success in selling SaaS / software solutions into banks
