Key Responsibilities

Manage and facilitate the rhythm of business (ROB), including scheduling and coordination for meetings

Review delivery health metrics and recommend process enhancements for operational efficiency

Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders, ensuring accurate data representation

Required Qualifications

8-15 years of experience in business management, program coordination, or operations

Minimum 8 years of experience supporting Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes

Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis using tools like Excel and PowerBI

Experience working directly with high-level stakeholders in business management

Strong background in managing corporate strategy initiatives and driving accountability
