Clinical Response Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical Response Specialist - PRN.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients, families, and providers in navigating the admissions process

Complete intake calls and manage correspondence to determine clinical appropriateness for admission

Consult with referring providers and treatment teams regarding red flags or readmissions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or at least one year of directly related experience

Patient and / or person-facing customer service experience

Experience working with individuals with mental illness is strongly preferred
