Descripción del trabajoOrientation Weekly Valley View is a 126,000 square foot, state-of-the-art hospital Licensed with 52 medical / surgical beds, 12 acute rehabilitation beds, 12 intensive care beds, and an eight-bed labor, delivery and post-partum unit The only all private bed hospital serving the Bullhead City / Laughlin / Needles area 16-bed emergency department open around the clock The surgery department has six major operating rooms and two endoscopy suites, plus a modern, high-tech cardiac catheterization unit The diagnostic imaging department provides all digital modalities for outpatient and inpatient testing, from digital mammograms and simple x-rays to high-tech PET-CTs for cancer detection and nuclear medicine Valley View’s Picture Archival Communication (PAC) system provides physicians with instant access, storage, retrieval and display of high quality digital images Required Certifications : NRP, Stable, AWOHN intermediate or advance, ACLS Years of Experience : 2 Must Have Skills / Experience : Labor experiences, postpartum, well baby, stabilization of critical newborn for transfers Preferred Skillset / Experience : Centricity experience Required Education : NRP, Stable, AWOHN intermediate or advance, ACLS Shift : PM Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours Weekend Hours : Have to work every other weekend (Days Saturday / Sunday and nights Friday / Saturday) Call Requirements : None Unit : OB / Gyn Trauma Level : Level 1 Well Baby Center Number of Beds : 9 Patient Ratios vary on patient acuity Equipment : IV Pumps, Epidural Pumps, Fetal Monitoring equipment, fetal doppler, syringe pump EHR : Med Host + Centricity Patient Population : Labor, Post-Partum, Neonates Common Diagnosis / Treatment : Term, late preterm indications - Gest HTN, Gest diabetes Personality Fit : Team Player, flexible schedule, experience with LDRP Unit Profile : Facility Name : Valley View Medical Center, Floor : OB / Gyn, Trauma Level : Level 1, Well Baby Center Facility Department / Cost Center : 660 Role : RN Specialty : Labor, Delivery Number of Openings : Not specified Float Requirements : none Additional Notes : Unit Information : Number of Beds : 9, Patient Ratios vary on patient acuity, Equipment includes IV Pumps, Epidural Pumps, Fetal Monitoring equipment, fetal doppler, syringe pump EHR : Med Host + Centricity Supervisor : Not included due to sensitive information Patient Population : Labor, Post-Partum, Neonates Common Diagnosis / Treatment : Term, late preterm indications - Gest HTN, Gest diabetes Personality Fit : Team Player, flexible schedule, experience with LDRP Dress Code : Scrub Color : Black, Any unacceptable attire : Not specified
