Clinical Sourcer

A company is looking for a Clinical Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage clinical professionals through various sourcing channels

Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for clinical roles

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies

Qualifications

1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical environments

Understanding of autism care or behavioral health roles is preferred

Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS, particularly Ashby

Skilled at managing multiple searches and pipelines effectively

Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a focus on mission alignment
