Registered Nurse - Hospice Services

Your role will involve assessing patient needs, planning and coordinating care, and adapting the Plan of Care as necessary for optimal patient outcomes. • Associate's Degree in Nursing or\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education / experience\n
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire\n
• Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association required within 30 days of hire\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; pediatric nursing experience is necessary for positions in the Pediatric Programs.\n
