Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support high priority process and system workstreams starting in 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Identify business needs, elicit specifications and requirements, and collaborate to develop innovative solutions

Prepare functional specifications, review with the Team, and revise as needed, obtaining sign off

Document system processes, configurations, and changes while managing multiple projects and assignments concurrently

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field with two years of systems analysis experience, or an Associate's degree with five years of experience

Strong Salesforce software expertise and experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud

Experience with Jira and creating functional and technical documentation

Ability to create reports in Salesforce and familiarity with Salesforce data models and metadata

Experience triaging bug and enhancement tickets and facilitating User Acceptance Testing sessions
