Drive Sales & Marketing Success : Support strategy initiatives, manage data and reporting, and nurture relationships with key customers and partners.
Sales Analytics & Reporting : Oversee CRM data integrity, develop insights, and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior leadership.
Lead Customer Success Teams : Build, train, and mentor remote and in-person teams to exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals.
Website & Digital Presence : Manage web performance, SEO, and content updates in collaboration with marketing and sales.
Cross-functional Support : Collaborate across departments to resolve issues, optimize processes, and uphold Avalon's brand values.
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
Proven success in customer success, sales operations, or account management.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technology.
Customer-centric mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
Knowledge of the test and measurement industry a strong plus.
