Account Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized Account Coordinator to join our client services team. In this role, you'll keep projects on track, support client meetings, and ensure details don't get lost in the shuffle. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting cross-functional teams, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Take detailed meeting notes and track action items

Coordinate schedules and cross-departmental meetings

Set up and track projects in Monday.com (experience a plus!)

Review presentations and prep for client meetings (including catering)

Track shipments and manage light shipping / receiving tasks

Assist with client billing

Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

Excellent organization and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel a plus)

Experience with project management tools (Monday.com a plus)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field a plus but not required

Service-oriented, motivated, and detail-driven mindset
