Your Role

  • Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Use prior experience and technical expertise to execute policy / strategy.
  • Understand key business drivers and how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  • Use judgment and propose different solutions outside of set parameters with guidance. Solve straightforward tasks with prior experience and on-the-job training. May use multiple internal sources to arrive at decisions.
  • Likely an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent; provide informal guidance to new team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Mechanical engineering degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5-6 years of experience in power industry field).
  • Leadership experience with advanced technical skills.
  • Established project management skills.
  • Desired Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Good team player, research and organizational skills, proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Proficient in IT systems with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Pay Transparency

    For U.S. based candidates only, the base pay range for this position is $81,700.00 - 136,700.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus / variable incentive compensation / equity. The posting is expected to close on October 29, 2025. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
