Although tips can vary and are not guaranteed our amazing customers regularly reward our team with generous gratuities for the great service and Buzz Life energy we bring every day. Actual amounts may differ based on location hours worked quality of service and customer discretion. Average tips reflect 2025 reporting. Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast friendly and genuine service Be knowledgeable about our coffee tea food and specialty drinks Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards Work all café positions our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable including working in our kitchens to make food to order Keep our spaces clean safe always ready for guests and teammates Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each stations needs Follows health safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas 1 year experience in coffee food service or hospitality preferred Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service Strong communicator with a positive solution-oriented attitude Reliable punctual and available for nights weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
