Location : Greater Norwalk, CT Area (South Norwalk Vicinity)

We are a premier commercial printer seeking an experienced HP Indigo Digital Press Operator with specific expertise on the 7-R series (or similar 7000 / 70000 platform). This is a critical role focused on maximizing press uptime and delivering exceptional print quality.

Compensation is highly competitive and negotiable based on your technical skill, certifications, and years of direct experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Expert Operation : Set up, operate, and monitor the HP Indigo 7-R digital press for high-volume commercial and variable data jobs.
• Quality Assurance : Perform press calibrations, color profiling, and precise spot color matching. Ensure output meets strict quality and color accuracy standards (including 7-color work).
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Execute routine and preventative maintenance specific to the 7-R press. Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Workflow : Manage files via the Digital Front End (DFE), handle various substrates, and communicate with prepress / finishing teams.
