Job Responsibilities : Provide patient assessments, evaluations, and treatments in an outpatient family medicine setting. Collaborate with physicians in diagnosing health problems and developing effective treatment plans. Cater to a diverse patient demographic, from pediatric to geriatric. Engage in basic laboratory services and perform essential procedures. Opportunities for teaching family medicine residents are available. Ensure compliance with ethical and religious directives for Catholic Health Care Services. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding medical conditions and treatment options. Participate in quality assurance and improvements while adhering to documentation compliance standards. Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and overall service quality. Contribute to the clinic s operations and patient care delivery effectively. Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates. Qualifications : Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine. Indiana medical license or willingness to obtain. BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain). DEA registration (or willingness to obtain). Experience working with patients of all ages, particularly pediatrics and geriatrics. EPIC EMR knowledge is highly preferred. Licenses and Certification Requirements : COVID vaccination is mandatory. Must meet all required certifications and licensing stipulations for Indiana.
