• A Day in the Role : *
• Responsible for high-volume scheduling of procedures, upwards of 100 procedures will be scheduled per day.
• Will also be responsible for follow-up messages from both patients and providers during downtime.
• Familiarity with EMR, preferably IDX however willing to be flexible.
• Will be updating procedures inputted into the EMR.
• Registration, scheduling, insurance verification.
• Will cross train them in being a straight scheduler as well as front desk, but mainly will be the front desk role.
• Requirements : *
• 2+ years experience in Medical Administration or Customer Service
• Diploma or GED required
• EMR experience preferred
