Assistant Project Manager

Minimum of two years experience as an APM

Excellent communication skills

Ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Marketing and presentation skills

Highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver

College degree in a construction / engineering field preferred, but not required

Experience in multiple markets of commercial construction

Experience working with a General Contractor

Working knowledge of Preconstruction

Stable work record

Experience with Education or Multifamily builds
