This position focuses primarily on outpatient clinic care and inpatient rounding , with minimal surgical involvement . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, patient-focused, and enjoys working collaboratively in both hospital and clinic settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with spine and neurosurgical conditions in the outpatient setting
• Round on hospitalized patients, including postoperative and consult cases.
• Perform comprehensive histories, physical exams, and review imaging.
• Develop and implement treatment and follow-up plans in collaboration with the neurosurgeon.
• Provide pre- and postoperative education and coordinate care between hospital and clinic.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the EMR.
