The Opportunity

We’re hiring Senior / Principal Consultants to spearhead our San Diego growth. This is a 360, client-facing role with the autonomy to build and scale your own market while leveraging BioTalent’s established brand, resources, and infrastructure.

You’ll be

• Developing new client partnerships and deepening existing relationships.
• Building and owning a specialist desk within life sciences (options include R&D, Engineering & CQV, Data Science & AI, Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical & Drug Safety, or Commercial).
• Delivering full end-to-end recruitment solutions – from sourcing and headhunting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, bringing value-led, consultative expertise.
• Playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our San Diego office.
