The responsibilities of an Entry Level Team Member include :

Approaching and engaging customers to promote wireless products

Communicating product features and benefits with confidence

Converting customer interest into successful sales transactions

Supporting team outreach efforts and campaign execution

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

Staying current on Lumen’s wireless offerings and promotions

Representing PMI and Lumen with professionalism and enthusiasm

Contributing to a culture of performance and growth

Working with fellow Entry Level Team Members to share best practices
