Job Title : Account Development Representative

Location : Goodyear, AZ (On-site)

Schedule : Mon-Thu 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-11am (flexible)

Pay : $23-$24.50 / hr | Contract-to-Hire

90 Day Contract-to-hire - Will switch from hourly to salary once converted.

Commissions can be had while on temp to hire status!

• Responsibilities :
• Make outbound sales calls to auto shops.
• Manage high-volume, short sales cycles.
• Communicate product benefits clearly.
• Track leads and progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with your team to hit goals.
• Qualifications :
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Telesales or inside sales experience
• preferred.
• Comfortable with CRM tools.
• 4-year degree preferred but not required.
• Compensation & Benefits :
• Uncapped commissions.
• Example : $300k in volume = $3,600 / month in
• commissions.
