Role Overview : We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer and Dialog Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-based conversational systems. This role focuses on refining AI models for natural, human-like communication, aligning outputs with company tone, and optimizing prompts for better LLM performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enhance AI model fluency and alignment with business goals.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries with best practices.
• Design conversational AI systems for engaging user experiences.
• Optimize AI prompts and evaluate AI tools / models using Python.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams.
• Monitor, report, and improve AI performance and system efficiency.
