TSCM Practitioner

Conduct Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), Foreign Visit, Gift Inspection, Digital Counterexploitation, Technical Evaluation activities and other technical operations. Maintain familiarization with all governing national and agency level policies, ensuring compliance with all facets of reporting and training requirements. Leverage knowledge of current TSCM and counterintelligence (CI) policy. Conduct TSCM operations directly supporting the design, construction and accreditation of a new facility project. Provide recommendations, technical advice and assistance related to construction project, CI and TSCM. Prepare specialized technical risk assessment products, TSCM reports of inquiry, tailored briefings, after action reports and administrative communications to support the construction and CI mission. Assist with technical security plans, policy, and execution assessing the construction project and other projects. Conduct TSCM operations consistent with National and DoD policies governing the employment of TSCM tactics, techniques, and procedures. Ensure compliance with ICD 705, Physical Security Standards for SCIFs, and DoD standards for collateral areas. Identify physical and acoustical security deficiencies and develop corrective actions to mitigate the identified deficiencies. Analyze complex physical and technical security issues and provide cost-effective recommendations that meet policy requirements. Generate finished correspondence, documents, briefing materials, spreadsheets and threat reports in accordance with guidelines, as required. Perform Radio Frequency (RF) signal of interest searches. Assess and locate signals of interest discovered during surveys, system notification and IPMS operations. Assist implementation of Technical Security and Signals Countermeasures (TSSC) Technician on-the-job training program preparing technicians for success through training and hands on experience.

Basic Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in intelligence or counterintelligence
• Knowledge of TSCM and CI Policy and ICD 705
• Active TS / SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• HS diploma or GED
• Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification
• Ability to obtain DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance (IA) II Certification within one year of start date

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
