Desktop Support Technician

Overview

Desktop Support Technician role at Jobs via Dice. Our client in Charleston is hiring on a long-term contract with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee. This is a 3rd shift, Tuesday–Saturday, 11 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 AM on-site.

Responsibilities

• Break / fix computing hardware support on Windows 10 desktops / laptops, monitors, and some light cabling (Dell devices a plus).
• Re-imaging / loading / deployment of software on devices.
• Deploy hot swap devices if needed and troubleshoot software on Windows 10.
• Perform walks to identify trouble devices and work in a break / fix queue.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range : $18.00–$21.00 / hr. Eligibility for benefits may depend on job classification and length of employment.
