Descripción del trabajoLead Safety Initiatives – Implement and enforce safety policies to create a proactive safety culture. Train & Educate – Conduct safety training and toolbox talks to ensure all workers understand best practices. Identify & Mitigate Risks – Perform job hazard analyses and risk assessments. Investigate & Improve – Analyze incidents and near-misses, then develop corrective action plans. Stay Compliant – Ensure the site adheres to OSHA, federal, and state regulations. Collaborate – Work closely with site management and contractors to maintain a safe job site.

What We're Looking For :
- Minimum of 3+ years of construction safety experience (Mega-project experience is a plus : data centers, manufacturing, EV, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
- Must have OSHA 30
- Ideally OSHA 510 (construction)
- CHST certification preferred (but not required)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving job site
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
