As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Your visible presence and routine patrols will support a secure environment, while your excellent customer service and communication skills will help address inquiries and concerns. Pay Rate : $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Wed 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the hotel or resort environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

Assist guests, staff, and visitors with directions or information as needed, while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

Communicate promptly with management and / or emergency services as required based on site protocols.

Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site procedures.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Possession of a state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Experience with customer service is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
