We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team in San Francisco, California. This contract position requires a highly organized and tech-savvy detail-oriented individual who excels in managing expenses, scheduling, and providing administrative support. The role involves working on-site for four days a week, with flexibility for occasional adjustments.
Responsibilities:
• Manage expense reporting using Concur, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Coordinate complex calendars for multiple leaders, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document management.
• Answer inbound calls and assist with receptionist duties as needed.
• Support virtual and in-person meetings, utilizing tools like Microsoft Office and Zoom.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate attention to detail in handling sensitive information.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a real estate or similar industry.
• Proficiency with Concur Expense management systems.
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
