Home Health Registered Nurse - PRN (Hiring Immediately)

We are hiring PRN Registered Nurses for Home Care here at Charlestown Retirement Community.

This position requires experience utilizing the Oasis charting system and a minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience .

PRN Compensation : $48.00 per hour. Potential for $2.00 per hour shift differential for evening and night shifts.

What you will need :

The Home Care RN provides nursing care according to established policies and procedures for a home care agency. The RN develops and supervises the implementation of a residents individualized service plan, observes the residents condition, and communicates to the Physician and family / responsible party as needed. The RN oversees the residents care delivered by the Home Support team of LPNs, Aides, and Home Care workers and companions.
