Descripción del trabajoMinimum of 5 years of dedicated residential roofing experience. You must be proficient in all phases of residential installation, including tear-off, decking repair, flashing, ventilation, and material application (shingles, tile, or metal). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role managing a residential roofing crew. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong ability to interact professionally with homeowners , providing clear communication and managing expectations. Deep understanding of local residential building codes and roofing manufacturer specifications. OSHA certification and a strong commitment to job site safety. Lead and train your roofing crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct pre-job site evaluations and layout the work plan for the crew. Ensure superior craftsmanship on every single roof, performing detailed quality checks. Manage all materials and equipment on site, minimizing waste. Act as the primary customer liaison during the project, resolving any concerns quickly and professionally. Complete necessary project paperwork (daily reports, punch lists, final inspections). Are you a highly skilled roofing expert with a passion for residential projects and a knack for leadership? We're looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Supervisor to manage our teams, maintain our reputation for excellence, and ensure every homeowner is thrilled with their new roof.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our residential roofing jobsprimarily asphalt shingle, tile, and metal installations and repairs. Your focus will be on quality control, customer satisfaction, job site efficiency, and safety compliance from start to finish.
