Corporate Counsel - Governance

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Governance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage corporate governance and compliance with reporting obligations, developing policies for ongoing compliance

Work with the Executive Team and Board of Directors, preparing materials and providing legal advice for meetings

Draft and review proxy statements, manage shareholder communications, and advise on regulatory aspects of digital health platform development

Required Qualifications

Licensed attorney in at least one U.S. state with 5+ years of privacy experience

Varied legal experience in healthcare, including roles in law firms, startups, and public companies

Expert knowledge of corporate security and public company reporting requirements, as well as healthcare regulations

Practical, business-oriented approach to practicing law within a company setting

Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
