Director of FP&A

Vaco is seeking a Director of FP&A for a growing organization located in the East Valley area.

Responsibilities include :

Lead financial planning, analysis, and decision-support activities across regional and global functions.

Oversee the development of strategic financial insights, reporting, and process improvements to enhance organizational performance.

Provide senior leadership with data-driven guidance and play a key role in the financial components of long-term strategic planning.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive professional experience in finance.

At least 5 years of proven leadership experience, including mentoring staff, collaborating cross-functionally, and cultivating a high-performance team environment.

Expert in using financial software for data analysis, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI.

Tableau experience preferred.

Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, financial analysis, and operational best practices.

Ability to work onsite four days per week, with one remote workday.

Salary $170K-$210k annually.
