Communications & Guest Experience Coordinator
Location: Oyster Oyster
Schedule: Daytime hours (8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm; flexible and potentially shorter shifts available )
Oyster Oyster is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications & Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is a daytime, office-based role focused on guest communication, reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience before guests even walk through our doors.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, values thoughtful hospitality, and enjoys keeping systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to guest communications (email and phone)
Oversee reservations and maintain accurate booking details
Collect and organize guest information (allergies, dietary restrictions, celebrations, profession, where they’re visiting from, etc.)
Update, format, and print menus and guest materials daily
Ensure guest notes are detailed, organized, and accessible to the service team
Support administrative needs related to service preparation
Qualifications
Strong written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Comfort with reservation platforms and basic office software
Organized, self-directed, and reliable
Genuine interest in hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Schedule & Compensation
Daytime hours only
Flexible scheduling options (8:00am–4:00pm, 9:00am–5:00pm, or shorter shifts depending on availability)
Compensation commensurate with experience
Full-time positions are eligible for company-contributed insurance plans
