NDI Engineering Company is seeking a Production Controller to support the planning, coordination, and technical oversight of complex manufacturing operations. This role involves working with Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) and Support Equipment (SE) systems—specifically focusing on electrical and electronic subsystems, components, and assemblies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking progress, ensuring schedule adherence, supporting material procurement, and providing technical production support in a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment.
\n Key Responsibilities \n \n
Plan, monitor, and evaluate all phases of ALRE and SE manufacturing operations, including prototyping, production, overhaul, repair, and testing.
\n

Ensure all production milestones and due dates are met in accordance with program requirements.
\n
\n
Utilize the Job Execution Data Interface system and tools within the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage and report production data.
\n
\n
Continuously analyze program progress and expenditures to ensure alignment with project plans and customer expectations.
\n
\n
Identify potential delays and recommend corrective actions to meet program schedules and deliverables.
\n
\n
Conduct regular on-site inspections of work-in-progress across various shops and production stations.
\n
\n
Coordinate daily with Program Team Leaders and the Production Control Manager to ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.
\n
\n
Support material specialists in identifying parts and materials, sourcing vendors, and obtaining quotes.
\n
\n
Collaborate with quality assurance teams and design engineers to resolve Requests for Engineering Information (REIs) and Requests for Salvage Actions (RSAs) .
\n
\n
Provide technical guidance related to facilities, equipment, manufacturing methods, materials, and standards as they apply to ALRE and SE electrical and electronic systems.

\n \n Qualifications \n \n
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Electrical / Electronics field.
\n
\n
Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a DoD Secret Security Clearance .
\n
\n
Strong understanding of electrical / electronic systems and manufacturing operations.
\n
\n
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
\n
\n
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\n
\n
Ability to work full-time on-site at our Lakehurst, NJ facility.
\n
