A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate to provide remote support in California.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral health screenings and triage calls, texts, and chats for mental health and substance use disorder symptoms
Provide crisis intervention and ensure safety using appropriate therapeutic techniques
Document all interactions in compliance with clinical guidelines and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services such as psychology or sociology
2+ years of direct clinical service experience in behavioral health
Active California License as an LMFT, LCSW, RN, LPC, or Psychologist
Experience working with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
Proficiency in using personal computers and typing at least 45 words per minute
