• Monday through Monday coverage 1-2 weeks per month
• Average 124 patient consults per month
• 24-hour call with hospital rounding required
• 95% adult and 5% pediatric patient mix
• Endoscopic, laparoscopic, and ureteroscopy procedures required
• Incontinence procedures and percutaneous nephrolithotomy experience needed
• Inpatient hospital coverage with rounding responsibilities
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
