Job Description

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal in St. Louis, MO . The successful candidate will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting research, maintaining files, and managing case calendars. The paralegal will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the legal department and providing quality service to clients.

Title : Paralegal

Type : Direct Hire / Permanent

Location : St. Louis, MO - on-site

Schedule : Monday - Friday; Standard hours of business

Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000 (flexible upon experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and proofread legal documents including contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and discovery materials
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and regulations
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files
• Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
• File documents with state and federal courts
• Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimony
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside counsel
• Monitor and manage case calendars, deadlines, and appointments
• Perform administrative tasks such as billing, data entry, and correspondence
