We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. This full-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to handle a variety of family law cases with a focus on child custody, matrimonial issues, domestic abuse, child support, and annulment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law, a commitment to providing exceptional client service, and a desire to advocate for clients during a difficult time in their lives. This role requires a dynamic professional who can work independently, has excellent negotiation skills, and is comfortable in a courtroom setting.

Although this role can be remote we need people who are within commuting distance of Richland, WA.

Responsibilities :

As a Family Law Attorney, your key responsibilities will include :

• Representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on legal transactions related to family law.
• Handling a caseload involving child custody, matrimonial issues, domestic abuse, child support, and annulment.
• Negotiating settlements in a manner that is in the best interest of the client.
• Conducting thorough case research and investigation to identify legal issues and develop strategies.
• Working closely with clients to ensure they are fully informed of their rights and options, and guiding them through the legal process.
• Collaborating with legal support staff to ensure that all case matters are handled promptly and professionally.
• Staying updated on changes in family law and informing clients of any changes that might affect their case.
