Descripción del trabajoUse our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites. Support operations across various environments including commercial real estate, healthcare and education. Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams. Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service. Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise. Monitor and control access to the healthcare facility, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises. Assist visitors, patients and staff with directions and information while maintaining a professional presence. Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security matters. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity. Report security-related incidents, hazards and unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a secure environment for patients, visitors and employees. Participate in emergency response activities as required by site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Availability across various days and shifts. Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments. A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company. Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available. Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Must be at least 21 years of age. Guard card or license is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
