Position Summary

The Operational Excellence Manager will lead a small team focused on driving process improvement across the organization. This role is highly project-based, with 5075% of time dedicated to executing short-cycle improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly diagnose, document, redesign operational processes and track improvements post implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor small team of process analysts
• Manage and execute operational improvement projects in sprints
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and drive alignment
• Map and analyze the end-to-end journey to identify friction points and opportunities for enhancement
• Leverage data analysis and metrics to measure process performance and outcomes
• Develop process maps, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with technology teams to recommend or implement automation and system improvements
• Design and implement optimized processes that balance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction
• Lead training and change management efforts to ensure team adoption of new processes
• Report on value realization post process improvement implementation
