Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts to secure vital easements for utilities

Engage in strategic negotiations with landowners and manage external supplier relationships

Oversee legal workflows associated with easement agreements and ensure documentation meets project deadlines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field

A minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure real estate and Right-of-Way easement negotiation

Strong organizational and project management capabilities

In-depth knowledge of real estate development processes and utility routing

Proficiency in Office tools
