California Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Provide preventive and primary health services in a Family Practice Community Health Clinic setting

Consult with other health team members and maintain client records for clinic reporting and billing

Perform history and physical examinations, order laboratory tests, and provide patient education and follow-up care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Current California Nurse Practitioner certification

Experience in the delivery of health care in a Family Practice setting

Community health clinic background preferred

EMR Epic experience

DEA certification
