Primary Purpose : To monitor and maintain contractor's files and to ensure expiring documents and credentials remain current.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Reviews and processes compliance documents (Insurance, License, etc) for onboarding and existing Contractor Accounts.
  • Obtains necessary credentialing documents required for verification
  • Works with network leadership to facilitate communication to contractors within the contractor network and other departments.
  • Assists and supports Compliance Manager with contractor communications and research.
  • Ensures approved (new) contractors have activation documentation including licensure and routinely follow-up to guarantee compliance.
  • Conducts system-wide Carrier Launches and new Service Programs.

Additional Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
  • Qualifications

    Education & Licensing : High school diploma or GED required.

    Experience : One (1) year of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with an insurance company, broker or consultant preferred.

    Skills & Knowledge :

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and set priorities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
  • Insurance Documentation Experience.
  • Work Environment : When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.

    Mental : Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.

    Physical : Must be able to stand and / or walk for long periods of time. Must be able to kneel, squat or bend. Must be able to work outdoors in hot and / or cold weather conditions. Have the ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, reaching / working overhead Be able to lift / carry up to 50 pounds Be able to push / pull up to 100 pounds Be able to drive up to 4 hours per day.
