A company is looking for an Account Manager II, Service Provider.
Key Responsibilities :
Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion metrics and renewal rates
Work with partners to deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and partner adoption
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles
Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Passion for working in the partner community and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions
Strong bias to action and ability to execute efficiently
