We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting functions and support month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable, strong knowledge of SAGE accounting software, and a solid understanding of journal entries and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with and complete month-end and year-end close activities
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Generate basic financial reports and support management as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting best practices
