The Manager- Business Analytics drives the execution of list pricing optimization business analytics and resource efficiency for Cell Culture products. This role ensures data-driven decision-making revenue growth and operational excellence while aligning with broader organizational goals. Leading a team the manager fosters collaboration across Finance Product Management Supply Chain and Production to refine list pricing strategies and improve internal costing.

This position reports to the Senior Manager Pricing and Business Analytics Cell Culture and is part of the Cell Culture Media team located in Logan UT and will be an on-site role.

What you will do :

Develop and implement global data analytic strategies aligned with business objectives collaborating with Finance Product Management Supply Chain and Production to refine costing and pricing models.

Lead and mentor Resource Analytics teams ensuring professional growth and high performance.

Oversee the development and maintenance of analytical tools dashboards and reports using Qlik SFDC SQL Excel and Tableau.

Manage operational processes including :

Filemaker Automated labor tracking.

Production Routes Establishing and maintaining workflows.

Manage implementation and sustainment of list pricing and dashboards in PROs pricing software.

Who you are :

Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics Economics Statistics Business Finance or a related field.

5 years of experience in pricing and costing strategy business analytics or financial modeling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel SQL and business intelligence tools (SFDC Qlik Power BI Filemaker PROs Python R Tableau etc.).

Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environment Requirements :

Ability to travel 10% of the time globally based on business needs

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :

Background in cell culture biotechnology or life sciences.
