Oracle Health Product Enablement Manager

Join Oracle Health as a Manager within our dynamic Product Enablement team, a key group driving the seamless deployment of Oracle Health AI Application Suite products, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and in-flight Oracle Health Patient Accounting migrations. This leadership position sits within our Customer Enablement team, which is dedicated to customer success through strategic relationship management, change leadership, stakeholder alignment, and customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team focused on product deployment and customer solutions. Oversee resource planning, project allocations, and ensure achievement of business objectives. Assign and monitor tasks across systems analysis and program teams, providing guidance and support to drive results. Recruit, develop, and evaluate team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment. Serve as a strategic partner, frequently collaborating with peer managers and interfacing with senior leadership. Champion operational excellence, process improvements, and ensure alignment between engineering and customer deployment for enhanced product quality.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field. At least one year of experience in project management, product design, or a related discipline (preferred). Experience with Revenue Cycle highly preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively. Broad understanding of product development, product management, and customer success best practices.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays; Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
