Responsibilities

• Network Engineer : Maintains smooth operation of LAN / WAN / VPNs to include the planning, designing configuration, and installation of CISCO network hardware in support of customer requirements.
• Principal Network Engineer : Technical expert leading projects involving expertise in all areas of networks and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, multiplexers, firewalls, hubs, bridges and gateways.
• Sr. Principal Network Engineer : Leads teams performing the installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. May also coordinate third-party maintenance for network equipment. In addition, Windows server and desktop knowledge required, in order to help Windows administrators with server and desktop tasks.

Primary Level Salary Range : $81,300.00 - $130,000.00

Secondary Level Salary Range : $107,800.00 - $181,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Benefits and Additional Details

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
