Work Schedule :
Night shifts, 8 and 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and holiday schedules.

Be part of our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for a diverse patient population including :
Post-operative care for craniotomies, cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Comprehensive Stroke Program patients.High volumes of cervical and spinal surgeries.Your Role :
Provide evidence-based nursing care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to make timely decisions.Engage patients and families in care planning, ensuring a compassionate approach.Why Join Us?

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Recognize significant changes in patient conditions and respond effectively.Prioritize patient safety and coordinate comprehensive discharge planning.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experiences.Qualifications :
Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Completion of an accredited nursing program.A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience is preferred.Skills and Abilities :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively and build rapport with patients and team members.Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records.Physical Requirements :
