Lead Cross Functional Team in completion of engineering projects according to planned schedule and in compliance to Prism and Customer requirements

Essential job functions:

Project Manager Specific Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate project Timelines
• Provide regular progress reports to customers on project status
• Review and manage project timelines and deliverable within customer portals
• Serve as point of contact for customer
• Ensure that all project tasks are assigned to a responsible owner
• Ensure that PPAP workflows are initiated in IQMS and match project schedule.
• Initiate escalation process for projects that are behind on project milestones or in danger of missing completion date.
• Ensure that Prism AQP process is followed entirely, all items completed and within required time frame.
• Schedule and facilitate AQP meetings and Action Items
• Ensure all projects are on time and within budget, supporting Prism’s QOS measurables for PPAP and Project Performance.
• Coordinate and Schedule samplings with plant personnelCoordinate and schedule dimensional layout requested with internal Metrology personnel or external sub-contractors.Complete required shipment of sample parts to customer facilities and or Prism facilities as requiredRequest project Purchase Order’s for vendors and notify Purchasing when items are received as ordered.Mark items completed on customer Sales Orders to initiate invoicingInitiate Managing Change Process (Form)Initiate Bank Build Process (Form)Initiate Tool Transfers between Prism facilitiesComplete IQMS workflow signoffs for ECO’s and PPAP as assigned

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist manufacturing and CSE on CAR related activities
• Assist manufacturing on NCR related activities
