UX Researcher

A company is looking for a UX Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics to assess digital experience success

Identify and frame strategic problems, own the research lifecycle, and translate insights to influence product decisions and roadmaps

Conduct statistical analysis to extract key insights from data and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of experience in an applied research setting or similar

Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, Full Story, and analysis tools like SPSS, SQL, SAS

Experience with product research, including end-to-end, usability, or generative research

A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
