Job Title : Access Control Installation Technician

Pay Rate : $30–$32 per hour

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Access Control Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining access control systems in commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic security systems and a strong understanding of commercial building infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and configure access control systems including card readers, electric strikes, maglocks, and control panels.
• Run and terminate low-voltage cabling (Cat5 / 6, coaxial, etc.).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot and repair access control components and wiring.
• Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to ensure timely and quality installations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and system configurations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00 / hr.
